Bridget & William: Carmel-by-the-Sea, California

Planned and produced a full-service wedding weekend for Bridget and Will in Carmel-by-the-Sea. The celebration kicked off with a welcome dinner for family and close friends at Mission Ranch, followed by a late-night karaoke session, a beloved after-dark tradition in the Mission Ranch dining room. The next day, guests gathered for a laid-back rehearsal dinner at Il Fornaio, featuring pizza and ocean views, before transitioning to a casual welcome party on the patio.

The wedding day began with an ocean dip in the Pacific and ended with a joyful celebration back at Mission Ranch, set against rolling hills and grazing livestock. As Bridget and Will shared their first kiss, fog rolled in over the ceremony, creating a moment that felt uniquely Carmel. Fun, thoughtful details— moss-covered tablescapes, cozy lighting, and a bright, playful color palette reflected the couple’s relaxed elegance and love of bringing people together.
