SomeraRoad celebrates groundbreaking of Pendry Hotel & Residences Nashville, expanding Paseo South Gulch development

Locket Events Co., in partnership with developer SomeraRoad, planned and produced the groundbreaking celebration for Pendry Nashville and Pendry Residences Nashville, marking the arrival of the brand in the Paseo South Gulch. The event featured bites from Maiz De La Vida, a live performance by Ernest, and on-site embroidery by RangerStitch – designed to reflect both the energy of the city and the future of the development.
